Payment Terms

urban sense operates an international business that sells goods worldwide. It utilises payment in Australian Dollars as its primary currency. Australian purchasers attract a 10% GST. At Checkout shipping charges are calculated. To convert to your local currency, a link is provided below to a third party vendor. Urban sense does not endorse this as the only method to calculate foreign exchange*, and should be taken as a guide only.

Shipping Information

All urban sense goods are specially packed to protect against damage whilst in transit. We take special care to ensure you receive your products in good condition. Each item is carefully bubble wrapped and packed in cardboard boxes ready for shipping to your nominated address.

Freight Charges

Freight is calculated at the checkout at the time of purchase. Prior to providing credit card details and confirming your purchase, all applicable freight and taxes are indicated. We reserve the right to withdraw our offer to sell to any customer if it becomes apparent that they have not supplied a delivery address or if delivery is unable to be executed due to local conditions in your home country or if additional unreasonable expense will be incurred or for any other reason we determine at the time. Should this occur, we will refund your payment in full to your PayPal account. You will be notified by email.

Despatch of goods

All goods are packed and shipped within 5 business days of your purchase. All items are sent by post or courier in Australia and Australia Post for international orders. Please remember that shipping to some destinations, transit times will vary as this is determined by postal deliveries in the local country. To avoid delays, please ensure you clearly state your delivery address and day time contact number.

Time for delivery

Please allow approximately 10 - 21 business days for delivery to your home country. For deliveries within Australia, please allow 5 business days.

Faulty Goods Policy

Should the product you receive be faulty in any way, we will refund the full purchase price. All claims for faulty goods should be notified to us via email within 7 days of delivery of your product. Your PayPal account will be credited.
